To Whom It May Concern:
Having the option to rent to buy our property from Michael came at a time when we were unable to secure a mortgage from our bank because of an insecure business outlook.
We were fortunate to find a property within our price range and Michael secured the sale for us.
We are very happy in our home and have lived here for coming up four years. We have a good relationship with our financier and his company and to all intents and purposes this is our home.
As rents have rapidly increased our weekly payments, are now not much more than what we would be paying for a rental.
The security we now enjoy, not having to move when rentals are sold, has made ourselves and our children far more settled.
I believe we were fledglings in his business plan and now many more Whangarei residents enjoy the same security we do. This is reassuring as a growing business with a sound base offers security for our investment.

My wife and I met Phillip & Lindsey Warrick about 2 years ago when we were looking for a house in the Deer Park area. We saw one of their signs, "Lease Option" on Hillshire in Deer Park. We moved in 2 weeks later and after one year we bought one of his other homes that fit our family needs a little better. Phillip and Lindsey really helped us out. It was good to find people to deal with that are honest, caring and family oriented. We have become friends over the past couple of years.
